Finalising the pairing

Overview

With this document, you will be able to finalise the pairing process. It consists mainly in validating from the WebApp the information provided by the operator when he/she installed and configured the FLOWBOX.

Requirements

• FLOWBOX must have been configured correctly - see pairing on the FLOWBOX.
• User's account must have a "Customer Manager" or "Site Manager" role to finalise the process

Validating the FLOWBOX pairing

As you can see below, the pictogram of "Zone 2" changed for a yellow one meaning that operator installed the FLOWBOX and that FLOWBOX is waiting for pairing.

Click on the target Zone to reach Zone's page. Then click on "FLOWBOX" button on top right corner menu to access FLOWBOX page.

In the header, you can see that FLOWBOX is waiting for pairing:

• Step is now 2/3
• The "Pair" button is active

Click on the "Pair" button to display the FLOWBOX modal and review the configuration done by the operator on the FLOWBOX:

You can review:

• FLOWBOX general information: FLOWBOX Serial number, Location information, Water temperature, Flowmeter type
• Network information: you can confirm if it's connected on Wifi or Ethernet and check related network information.

If all settings are correct, you can click on "Validate" button.

If there is an error, you can click on "Refuse" and the FLOWBOX will not be paired and the operator will need to reconfigure it.

If you want to postpone the pairing, you can click on "Cancel" button.

Once validated, after a few seconds, FLOWBOX will start sending data to the platform. You will see that :

• FLOWBOX is now paired (Step 3/3)
• On left side of the FLOWBOX, you have a green circle blinking, meaning that the FLOWBOX is well connected and is sending data to the platform.

🎉 Your FLOWBOX is fully paired with the platform ! Wait a few minutes and you'll see charts being populated by metrics sent from the platform (as soon as some waster is used).

From now, you can use all features of the PREDICTIVE FLOWBOX service.
