Administrators

Overview

Administrators are users with global permissions who can perform actions that affect the platform, such as :

• Access and manage Customers, Sites, Buildings, Zones and Flowboxes
• Manage Users (Administrators, Customer Managers, Site Managers)
• Manage Plans and Subscriptions

An administrator account only requires :

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Language: French or English

Password will be chosen by the user, after clicking on welcome's email.

You can manage Administrors from the Administrators menu in the left sidebar.

Notifications

Users with administrator role do not receive email notifications.

You can define a support email, a Mattermost webhook URL or a Slack webhook URL which will receive some notifications:
